Your mission

As QA Operator, your mission is to uphold and enhance the quality of our products by ensuring they meet established standards. Your contribution will directly impact the overall user experience and help shape a culture of excellence within the company.

Your profile

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect product quality according to defined standards and identify recurring patterns or issues
• Address and correct quality imperfections to ensure consistency and reliability
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across production, post-production, and product development
• Take initiative in improving existing quality processes and proposing scalable solutions
• Work autonomously with motivation and reliability, managing tasks independently while contributing to team goals
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Fluency in German, with good communication skills in English (intermediate level)
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on, proactive attitude
• Patience and consistency
• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement and learning
• Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) in a professional setting
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance is a plus
