As
Sales Manager, in our Catering Systems Division, this role is responsible for driving sales, managing named customer relationships, and overseeing the full sales cycle for catering solutions within the marine industry. The ideal candidate will have background in project-based sales and understanding of the marine unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales in the marine catering sector.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, including shipowners, and shipyards.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote ALMACO’s catering solutions.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred experience in sales within the marine industry or a related field (e.g., industrial sales, offshore or other similar).
- Strong knowledge of project-based sales and long sales cycles.
- Excellent internal and external communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
