Role Overview:

As the Manager, Control Center & Tools, you will:

• Design, manage, and continuously improve tools, systems, and processes for monitoring and managing data centre infrastructure.
• Define and implement the roadmap for a comprehensive 24/7 operational support function across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with international teams to develop the vision for an optimized toolset and operational landscape.
• Over time, establish and lead a centralized operational control centre to oversee global datacentre operations around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the operational tools and support processes for datacentre monitoring and control.
• Lead a virtual team in designing and optimizing tools and workflows to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with technical operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in datacentre operations and management.
• Strong proficiency with IT service management tools, data centre infrastructure monitoring, automation, inventory, and facility maintenance.
• Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNOW, Nlyte, Fiix, or similar DCIM tools.
• Demonstrated experience in operational process development and optimization.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills in international, cross-functional settings.
