As a
Senior CRM Solutions Manager, you’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will work closely with teams across the organization to understand their objectives, define roadmaps, and develop functional requirements that shape the future of our CRM landscape.
In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions using
Salesforce, along with related integrations and tools. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and experience driving impactful CRM solutions that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Teams – Understand business goals and challenges to design CRM solutions that drive efficiency and growth
- Shape CRM Strategy – Define and maintain roadmaps aligned with business needs, ensuring scalability and continuous improvement
- Lead CRM Implementation & Optimization – Oversee the design, execution, and enhancement of Salesforce and HubSpot solutions
- Facilitate Collaboration – Organize workshops, lead discussions, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Conduct analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure Quality & Compliance – Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and best practices
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management – Own relationships with CRM vendors, ensuring the best possible service, renewals, and optimization
- Mentor & Lead – Support and guide Solution Managers and Specialists, fostering a culture of learning and excellence

- Strong knowledge of business processes and how CRM solutions support them
