We are now seeking a passionate, innovative, and dynamic Concept Manager/Lead to spearhead the early stage of Treon product development and lead innovation of our next generation wireless products, starting from product definition, conceptualization to product execution.

You are a visionary leader with a passion for technology and product making. You embrace a growth mindset and have experience working with IoT or Wireless products. You are self-directed and highly proactive in identifying new business opportunities, possess a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, are able to identify and evaluate potential technology opportunities and have a proven track record of translating these insights and requirements into cutting-edge product concepts through effective collaboration with cross-technology teams. You have hands-on experience in designing, building, and validating early prototypes and demonstrate a deep understanding of technologies. You are able to interpret and write specifications, ensuring alignment with conceptual ideas.

You have the ability to navigate the landscape of overall goals with a clear vision, combining it with hands-on approach and detail centric work style in all aspects of work.

You are curious, take ownership and challenge the current way to constantly develop our working methods.

Qualifications and skills

BSc or MSC in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant degree

Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic design as well as system design and architecture.

Proven experience in leading product development or/and cross-technology teams.

Demonstrated success in identifying new business opportunities and innovative ideas and translating these into new product concepts.

Hands on experience with IoT or wireless devices in product development.

Proven experience translating business requirements into actionable technical plans and specifications.

Proven experience in roles requiring a strong understanding of business operations, including cost analysis and budget management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
