We are now seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). As SRE, you will be responsible for reliability and efficiency of Treon's digital services by combining software engineering and IT operations practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales and technical support.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C) to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Building and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery
• Managing complex distributed systems to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and database management to support infrastructure needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure System Reliability:

• Monitor servers and infrastructure to ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement redundancy and failover mechanisms to maintain service continuity.

Automate Processes:

• Use scripts, configuration management tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
• Reduce manual intervention to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Incident Management:

• Act as first responder to system issues, diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
• Conduct post-mortems to prevent future incidents.

Performance Optimization:

• Analyze logs, track latency, and optimize databases, networks, and infrastructure to ensure systems run efficiently
