Salary range: Base salary ranges from 3000 - 6500€ additional bonus based on your customer invoicing.
We are looking for Data Engineers in different stages of their careers (e.g. consultant to principal) to work on our customer projects creating sustainable and innovative data and analytics solutions that generate real business value.

Data Engineers work as a part of the team on customer projects designing and developing modern and scalable data integration, data warehousing, and analytics solutions for multicultural customer companies in Finland and the Nordics in industries such as banking, retail, forestry, and manufacturing.

Who Are You Working With
Your role is based in twoday Finland’s Data & AI business unit with approximately 200 employees in versatile roles related to modern data & analytics.
Your Colleagues & Stakeholders
- You’ll belong to a customer team, which is your home base and team with whom you spend most of your working time
- You’ll get the opportunity to be part of our technology practices. Technology practices are communities of professionals with similar backgrounds focused on competence and offering development.
- You’ll have your own People Lead supporting your professional growth, career development, and wellbeing.
- You’ll work closely with customers, who are mainly Finland’s largest enterprises in both private and public sectors in all major industries.
Key Hiring Criteria
We have opportunities for people in different stages of their careers, but since we are a consulting company, we expect that our Data Engineers can already work independently on our customer projects (after onboarding).
Here are our key criteria for the Data Engineer role:
- Previous experience from some of the mentioned Data Engineering specialization areas,
- Basic understanding of data and analytics: you have worked with data and understand common practicalities,
- Experienced in SQL,
- General cloud capabilities in Azure or AWS/CGP
- Curiosity & willingness to learn,
- Capability to communicate in English, and with non-technical people.
Things that will help you get started, but you can also learn them while working:
- Skills in technologies such as Snowflake, Dbt, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric,
- Programming skills (e.g. Python, Spark)
- Previous experience working in Agile environments, using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban

- Your expertise has proven to be relevant to our customer projects
