Maintenance Officer to join our dynamic team based in
Kifisia!
The
Maintenance Officer supports the Maintenance Manager in supervising, organizing, and implementing maintenance activities for the company’s equipment, facilities, and machinery. The role includes coordinating technical teams, applying preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in supervising all maintenance operations.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely and effective completion.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and machinery to identify maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Supervise and guide the maintenance team, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
- Manage spare parts and equipment inventory, ensuring availability for maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance activities while minimizing operational disruptions.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment history.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions in maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safe work practices among maintenance staff.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in the same job role
- BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering of Technological Education
- Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
- Good understanding of facility maintenance and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to read and interpret technical and mechanical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
- Team coordination and collaboration skills.
