Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Payment Solutions team to ensure efficient operations and strategic execution.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Finance, Compliance, Risk, Back- Office, and Customer Service, to enhance payment processes and resolve operational challenges.
Support the evaluation and onboarding of new Payment Service Providers (PSPs), ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) discussions and oversee the due diligence process for new PSPs.
Coordinate contract negotiations between PSPs and internal legal/compliance teams.
Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful release of new payment solutions.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and PSPs, ensuring strong partnerships and ongoing operational efficiency.
Generate and deliver business reviews with PSPs, focusing on performance metrics, operational effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
Support internal teams by managing escalations and resolving issues with PSPs.
Oversee user management in PSP platforms, ensuring appropriate access controls and operational integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience working in a Fintech or financial services company
Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment with three years year’s experience.
Strong background in payment solutions and payment operations, including PSP management.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders.
Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel for reporting and insights.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Hands-on experience with payment platforms and reporting tools.
Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
