Our Five Stage Recruitment Process 1 Review: Our HR meticulously reviews all applications to identify candidates who meet the requirements outlined in the job posting. 2 Screening: During the screening stage, company executives and HR assess applications and CVs whether applicants possess the necessary skills and/or personality orientation for the role. 3 1st Interview: The hiring team thoroughly assesses various parameters and interviewee characteristics to establish a comprehensive profile for each candidate and arrive at a short-list of candidates. 4 2nd Interview: Short-listed candidates undergo a re-evaluation to confirm their suitability for the specific position. 5 Offer: The successful candidate is presented with an employment offer.
