Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the marketing team’s document flow and project portfolio.
• Organize and oversee the production and distribution of merchandise and printed materials globally.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute outdoor advertising campaigns across multiple regions.
• Lead and support marketing projects aimed at increasing brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager, Marketing Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in coordinating global campaigns and working with international vendors.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of marketing principles and brand management.
• Familiarity with document management systems and project management tools is a plus.
