Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across various social media platforms. This role requires a combination of creative, analytical, and communication skills to ensure that the company’s social media presence aligns with its marketing goals and brand identity.

Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow brand awareness and engagement.

• Manage and post across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, and stories).

• Plan and coordinate content production together with the content team, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure high-quality, engaging content.

• Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for growth and engagement.

• Engage with the community, respond to comments, and build relationships with influencers.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.

• Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices.

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience in social media management (1-3 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

• Experience in content creation (video editing is a plus).

• Excellent writing skills and ability to craft compelling content.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

• Passion for finance, trading, or fintech is a plus
