JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our vibrant community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about virtual reality and have a knack for creating content that resonates with tech-savvy audiences. Focusing on creating and promoting content on platforms like Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, showcasing trending videos and creators within the VR space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn
• Create engaging multimedia content, including video clips, graphics, and interactive posts tailored to our VR products and updates
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy specifically related to the tech and VR industries
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ layout including devising strategies to drive up user engagement and increase follower base
• Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions

YOUR PROFILE:

• Proficient in managing at least 3 out of the following platforms: Reddit, Discord, X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• Familiarity with VR technology and enthusiasm for the digital and VR markets
