As a Project Manager , you'll manage the product life cycle of our internal FinTech product.
Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Oversee the development team and ensure effective development processes
Be responsible for detailed project planning and management, maintaining Ñomprehensive plans, and preparing project documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and manage product roadmaps
Lead the implementation of integration business features.
Business Analysis
Manage the requirements life cycle from initial analysis to final implementation
Write technical specifications for development teams
Study system capabilities, design modifications, and construct workflow charts and diagrams to improve system efficiency
Evaluate business processes, analyze requirements, and identify areas for improvement and further development.
Requirements
4 years of experience in project management and business analysis
Excellent communication and conflict management skills
Knowledge of modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
Technical background
Work experience in the FinTech sector will be an advantage
