inDrive is looking for a talented Agile Coach to join our team
Responsibilities
Establishing a process for continuous improvement of team metrics in the Delivery Hub and Intercity clusters, focusing on performance and efficiency, delivery and discovery, quality, as well as team engagement and maturity
Working closely with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering in the cluster to achieve tangible impact throughout the development lifecycle
Organizing productive collaboration between product managers, stakeholders, and engineers. Helping teams adapt company processes and practices in alignment with the company framework
Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of value within expected timelines across key projects
Managing risks and dependencies
Contributing to improvements in internal processes and culture
Facilitating project or program level events
Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in technical project management or and agile coaching
Experience in product creation and development
Experience with agile methodologies
Proficiency with Atlassian tools, Miro, Google Docs Sheets, tracking systems
Willingness to work independently and solve problems
Perfect communication skills
A technical background will be a plus
