What you will work on


As a Product Manager you will have strong focus on Customer Onboarding, with the aim to enhance and optimize the onboarding experience, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Also, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve product functionalities, streamline onboarding processes, and enhance overall customer
experience.


  • Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market insights to identify pain points in the customer onboarding journey and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with UXR team, tech, compliance, and business teams to enhance onboarding flows, reduce friction, and increase conversion rates.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all onboarding processes, keeping up with changes in KYC, AML, and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintain complete documentation of flows, including product specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Create detailed reports & KPIs, identifying areas for optimization, and working closely with the product team to implement improvements.
  • Define and execute UAT scenarios to validate features before release.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor approaches, ensuring differentiation and a seamless experience for new customers.
  • Work closely with marketing and acquisition teams to ensure that customer onboarding aligns with broader business goals and enhances conversion rates.
  • Define and executing the product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements based on business impact.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field will be considered a plus
  • 2 years of proven experience in Customer Experience, with a strong focus on user flows and the on-boarding process
  • 1 years of proven experience in a product management position
  • Strong understanding of User Account, Regulations & Onboarding flows
  • Passion for optimizing customer experience, particularly in reducing friction
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations for various stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in analyzing product performance and proposing improvements tailored to business needs
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Online Gaming industry will be a strong advantage
