We are actively looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team, in our offices in Marousi.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and executing local marketing and brand strategies to enhance OB Streem brand market presence and drive business expansion. This role requires a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with expertise in campaign execution, digital marketing, and market analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Senior Manager to assist with input towards the design of brand activation calendars and product growth activities.
• Implement brand strategies to enhance brand presence, market growth, and expansion of OB Streem Brands.
• Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives in both Physical and Digital levels.
• Oversee branding and messaging consistency across all marketing materials and channels of its responsibility in Greece & SEE.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, along with local and external partners/agencies, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and SEO strategies.
• Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to execute brand. ESG, CSR & other promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for optimization, along with external partners and agencies.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to work cross-functionally to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring seamless and data-driven decision-making.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask, lead projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior Experience in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
• Experience in B2B industries, Supply Chain or Logistics is considered a plus.
• Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role.
