Payments and Processing Manager

On behalf of our client, a forex trading company, we are looking for a detail-oriented Payments and Processing Manager. The job involves working with various payment methods across many platforms and being responsible for enhancing efficiency and security in payment processing.

About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing forex company that operates an increasingly popular online trading platform. Their client base is quickly growing, so they need a seasoned Payments and Processing Manager on site in one of their offices in Belgrade, Serbia or Limassol, Cyprus.

What You’ll Do:

As Payments and Processing Manager, your main duty is the optimisation of payment processes, focusing both on compliance and security and on providing exceptional client experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise the end-to-end payment process, including client deposits, withdrawals, and internal fund transfers
• Ensure timely reconciliation of transactions across various payment methods and platforms
• Collaborate with payment service providers to maintain and expand available payment options
• Monitor payment flows to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in settlements
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security in processing operations
• Provide accurate reporting and analytics on transaction volumes, trends, and operational efficiency
• Work closely with managers, sales departments and compliance teams to address client inquiries and ensure adherence to internal guidelines
• Stay updated on the latest payment technologies and trends to drive innovation in processing methods.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you must fulfil the following conditions:

• Proven experience in payment processing, preferably in the forex crypto industry or the financial services industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of payment gateways, banking systems, crypto, crypto exchanges & deposit methods and reconciliation processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage people
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
