We are one of the leading providers of Advisory related services in Greece. The Outsourcing team of PwC Greece is the leading provider of Accounting, Payroll & HR solutions in Greece, assisting organisations to get value from our outsourcing experience and bring together the skills to deliver improvements in people, processes, and technology. With a team of approximately two hundred professionals, we aim to provide holistic solutions to our clients supporting them in confronting the challenging and constantly changing environment in Greece.

In this dynamic environment, we are now looking for a highly caliber Experienced Accounting Professional for our team in Thessaloniki.

As a member of our team, you will:

• Manage and perform Accounting, Finance and Reporting Outsourcing activities to clients and have overall responsibility for the process
• Prepare and Review of the statutory financial statements under Greek GaaP and/or IFRS
• Prepare and Review of the corporate tax returns (VAT, CIT, Withholding tax etc.)
• Support clients on statutory accounting and tax compliance requirements
• Contribute in coordination of project teams, motivate others and support build up of team spirit
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge and expertise

What we are looking for:

• At least three (3) to four (4) years of professional experience in accounting and tax compliance field
• Previous experience in a relevant role at a consulting firm and/or corporate environment will be considered an asset
• Experience of working on multiple accounts will be highly regarded
• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university
• Strong knowledge of Tax and Accounting legislation
• Strong accounting skills and technical knowledge on financial reporting matters
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)
• Military services fulfilled
