The Payroll and Benefits team at PwC Greece specializes in delivering comprehensive payroll and HR solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with current legislation and efficient management of employee compensation and benefits. Our services include, but are not limited to, monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, payroll compliance, and HR management system services. Leveraging advanced technologies and a dedicated team of professionals, we provide tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each organization, while offering a wide range of additional services to ensure seamless payroll operations and effective human resource management.

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Intern to join our Payroll Outsourcing team in Thessaloniki.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team

• Handle the platform of Ministry of Labour on behalf of clients

• Understand and support the payroll process for clients

• Prepare post payroll reporting

• Prepare ad hoc payroll and HR reporting

• Understand and work with HR and payroll tools used for the provision of services to clients

• Handle several HR administration tasks

• Collaborate closely with other team members and contribute to team's committees

What we are looking for

• Final-year BSc undergraduate student or MSc student in Economics, Business Administration, HR or other related fields

• Any relevant internships and/or working experience in a client-facing role will be considered a plus

• Very good digital skills and familiarity with technology

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English

• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills with a team-player mentality

• A strong desire for continuous learning and development
