Customer Support (French) - Υποστήριξη πελατών (Γαλλικά)

• Work from the office in Athens or remotely anywhere in Greece

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included.

What you will be doing:

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to account management, billing, content, technical problems.
• Respond to customer questions via various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot technical problems customers may face.
• Help with password resets, updating payment information, and resolving issues.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (must be C1)
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
• You live in Athens, Greece or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Base salary x 14 months
• Monthly Performance Bonus
• Full time fixed-term Greek contract
