One of our partners in Cyprus is looking for a skilled and motivated CRM/Monetization Manager to join a new exciting company in Cyprus. This is a key role for a hands-on professional with iGaming industry experience, responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will have full ownership of CRM operations, playing a crucial role in the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Design and manage customer lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, loyalty programs, and reactivation initiatives.

Onboarding Strategy

  • Create and execute comprehensive onboarding strategies to engage, educate, and retain new customers.
  • Manage multi-channel onboarding campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to guide customers from their first interaction.
  • Define key stages of the customer journey and develop automated workflows for seamless progression.

Campaign Management

  • Develop personalized, data-driven campaigns to boost player activity and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and implement continuous improvements.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Leverage insights to build personalized onboarding and retention experiences for different customer segments.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth CRM platform functionality and integrations.

Process Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective communication strategies.
  • Continuously refine processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven CRM management experience in the iGaming or Sportsbook industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign personalization.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating customer-facing content.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and ability to design personalized engagement journeys.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Cyprus.
