We are seeking a dynamic CRM Manager who will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing CRM operations aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, improving retention, and increasing trading volumes. Also, knowledge of the trading or forex industry is essential.

What You’ll Do:

As a CRM Manager, your role is to oversee the ongoing functionality of the CRM system, find ways to optimise it, and come up with campaign ideas to increase conversion rates.


Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise the CRM system to track interactions with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Lead CRM campaigns from conception through to performance analysis.
  • Monitor conversion rates and traffic using advanced Excel skills.
  • Prepare and maintain internal performance reports.
  • Focus on initiatives that foster long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on all client-related issues.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must meet the following conditions:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CRM role.
  • Complete professional fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to design and execute creative promotional campaigns.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and sense of responsibility.
  • Solid understanding of CRM principles and client engagement strategies.
  • Experience in analysing and reporting promotional performance.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements in digital communication.
  • On-site availability in Limassol.
  • Prior experience in the trading or Forex industry is essential.
