Senior Manager

We’re seeking for a Senior Manager on behalf of our client based in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the department head to implement the necessary actions contributing to the achievement of the department's strategic objectives.

• Perform general administrative duties and coordinate the teams within the Commercial Department.

• Engage in, support, and present technical solutions promoted by the Group's Commercial Department.

• Manage and coordinate sales activities, aiming to achieve predetermined goals.

• Develop and expand the client base.

• Research and study new technologies of strategic importance to the Group.

• Oversee and ensure compliance with departmental procedures.

• Monitor and effectively manage collections.

• Maintain the required performance levels based on key performance indicators.

• Ensure the quality of the Group's services, workplace health and safety, and the implementation of environmental management measures in accordance with standards and applicable legislation.

• 
  Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• A postgraduate degree or MBA will be considered an additional asset

• At least 5 years of experience in company, department, or team management

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales

• Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken)

• Proficient in MS Office

• Professional license from ETEK

• Registered member of the Electrical and Mechanical Services (EMS) registry as an Electrical Engineer

• License for Photovoltaic (PV) system installation will be considered an additional asset

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented approach
