Responsibilities & Key Metrics

Tactical Product Management and Development:

• Design and optimize customer journey maps (CJM) to enhance user experiences.
• Analyze and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while maximizing Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
• Develop, test, and validate growth hypotheses to drive data-informed product improvements.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
• Draft clear, actionable business requirements for new features and enhancements.

User Metrics Ownership:

• Own and optimize key user metrics, including activation rates, engagement, and retention.
• Lead conversion funnel optimization by identifying drop-off points and driving improvements.
• Monitor and improve customer engagement metrics to ensure sustained user growth.

Product Analytics:

• Conduct cohort analyses to understand user behavior across segments.
• Track support SLA metrics and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Analyze churn rates across different user segments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor technical performance metrics, including system response times, transaction success rates, and error rates.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with fintech experience as a strong plus.
• Strong background in working with product metrics and analytics: building conversion funnels, conducting cohort analysis, A/B testing.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and experience with trading platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal trading experience in financial markets.
• Knowledge of proprietary trading firm operations.
• Experience working with financial regulatory requirements.
