The Trading Pit is a dynamic and innovative multi-asset prop trading firm. We are committed to providing top-notch trading solutions and support to our clients. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a talented Trading Risk & Platform Admin Specialist to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Support:
- Handle Level 2 (L2) chats, tickets, and client complaints, particularly issues related to trading and market data.
- Provide support and answers to queries related to trading, platforms, and strategies.
Compliance and Monitoring:
- Review platform upgrades and ensure compliance with breach rules.
- Monitor live account activity to detect and address potential suspicious behavior; perform client profiling.
Trade Reconciliation:
- Reconcile trades between clients and the company’s trading accounts.
Platform Setup and Support:
- Configure trading platforms and liaise with brokers/platform vendors for settings and support issues.
- Set up trading instruments and test new products/tech integrations related to trading.
- Perform general MT4/MT5, cTrader configurations, including bridge setups (Centroid, OneZero, PrimeXM).
- Improve and maintain existing procedures, trading environments, configurations, groups, symbols, gateways, etc.
- Integrate, test, and support MQ-native, third-party, and in-house tools, software, and plugins.
Knowledge Base Development:
- Contribute to building a comprehensive knowledge base/FAQs related to trading for clients and employees.
Product Innovation:
- Identify solutions and propose new ideas for enhancing our trading products.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in trading, risk management, or dealing in futures and/or equities is essential for at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of CFD trading and risk is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and related technology.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with brokers, clients, and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Will Be Considered an Advantage:
- Experience in SQL, Python queries.
- Hands-on experience with Centroid, OZ Hub, XCore.
Reporting Line: This role will report directly to the Risk Manager.
