Senior Risk Analyst (Assistant Risk Manager)

What you'll do

• Collaborate with and provide assistance to the Head of Risk Management (Risk Manager)

• Oversee the market risk, liquidity and operational risk and monitor if exposures/KRIs are within limits

• Run stress testing and scenarios and communicate results to the Risk Manager

• Prepare regulatory reports

• Assist in establishing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for the operational risk management function of the company

• Conduct Risk Assessments and be involved in RCSA process

• Be part of the establishment and implementation of internal control mechanisms.

• Build risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training to the team members.

What you need to have

• Experience in Audit, Investment or Trading Risk teams

• Experience in risk management function or similiar

• Knowledge of Risk practises across major risk types such as Business, Credit, Market, Operational, Interest Rate and Liquidity risk

• Experience with prudential regulation e.g. Basel requirements for capital and liquidity, e.g. IFR, CRR/CRD, BRRD, MIFID, EMIR, ICAAP, Recovery and Resolution, Risk Appetite framework and other reports related to the Risk Management

• Experience and knowledge in data analysis, trends identification, result oriented, prioritization, presentation and report skills

• English is a must, and knowledge of Greek would be an advantage

• Proficient in use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
