Your Role

As part of our compliance team, you’ll provide expert advice and ensure that we meet and exceed regulatory standards across all current and upcoming products and services. Your role will touch on everything from product governance to managing conduct risks, ensuring the integrity of our operations.

What you’ll do

• Advise on compliance for all products and services, covering key areas like product governance, assessment of appropriateness, conflict of interest, outsourcing, treating customers fairly, financial promotions, etc.

• Participate in cross-functional projects with a focus on Compliance.

• Manage the review process for financial promotions.

• Own and maintain up-to-date compliance policies and procedures.

• Conduct desk-based reviews of our systems and procedures as part of the Compliance Monitoring Program.

• Carry out daily trade surveillance and investigate alerts using our automated tools.

• Draft and prepare compliance reports for regulatory authorities (both ad hoc and regular).

What you need to have

• Educated to degree level in Law, Finance, or a related field.

• Up to 3 years in a compliance capacity with MiFID-regulated firms.

• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and guidelines.

• Excellent ability to understand the business and excel in ownership roles.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable.
