We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Campaign Manager. In this role, you will join an ambitious and dynamic Growth Marketing Division, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing. What you'll do:
Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including lead management across SEM, display, retargeting, LinkedIn, and Meta, while taking into account regional differences in language, culture, and buyer behaviour across key markets.
Continuously optimize campaigns and budget allocation to drive conversions and maximize business impact.
Own and manage the lead management process across all digital and non-digital marketing touchpoints. Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure efficient lead follow-up and robust reporting processes.
Oversee end-to-end marketing and sales automation workflows.
Manage day-to-day operations in HubSpot, optimize system setup, and maintain ownership of reporting dashboards.
Execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, localization, and personalization, to maximize engagement. Ensure streamlined processes and system organization for high efficiency and deliverability.
Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to effectively guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Measure and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives. Design and maintain reporting formats tailored to various stakeholder levels within the organization.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, changes in industry regulations, and updates to advertising platforms.
What we expect:
5 years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing, with strong technical knowledge and a passion for operational excellence.
Demonstrated ability to map, optimize, and manage complex marketing and sales processes.
Proven track record of independently managing paid digital campaigns across SEM, display, retargeting, and paid social channels.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads is essential.
Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce.
Experience working with ZoomInfo or similar data intelligence tools for lead generation.
In-depth understanding and practical experience with the full B2B lead management lifecycle.
Skilled in monitoring and optimizing campaign budgets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate actionable insights, and make informed decisions.
Excellent project management skills, with familiarity in tools such as ClickUp, Miro, or similar platforms.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
Process-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
