Assistant Manager-Community Engagement

About the Role:

Fuel young creative talent! We need a dynamic Community & College Engagement Specialist to build a vibrant community of college creators, connect with photography clubs, and seed our innovative Oppo devices. Drive engagement, gather insights, and shape the future of visual storytelling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Community Building: Grow and manage a thriving online/offline community; create engaging content & activities; empower community leaders

•College Engagement: Identify and connect with relevant college clubs; build strong relationships with students & faculty; present partnership opportunities

•Device Seeding: Manage Oppo device loans to creators & clubs; track usage & gather feedback

•Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement & device usage; analyze data for insights & reports

Education Qualifications:

Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Photography, or related

Other Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in community management, social media, or youth engagement

• Passion for photography, visual arts, and tech

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to create engaging online content

• Strong organizational & project management skills

• Experience managing online communities

• Familiarity with college environments (plus)

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player

Bonus Points:

• Photography/visual content creation experience.

• Existing network in college/photography communities
