Marketing Associate – Join Our Growing Team!

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Associate to join our team, one that thrives in a dynamic environment! This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in all aspects of marketing and loves seeing their work make a difference.
The Marketing Associate role supports the local marketing team in a variety of marketing-related tasks, from creating compelling content, to event planning and analytics. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the local team, as well as collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Localisation
- Localise and/or create engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
- Localise global sales materials, automated communications, and release notes to align with local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Proofread and review localised Help Centre articles for clarity and accuracy.
Campaign Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of PR, events, branding campaigns, and other initiatives.
- Support the marketing lead with lead generation campaigns to help the sales channel attract high-quality leads.
- Contribute to social media management and community by creating and scheduling posts to enhance engagement, as well as engaging with our members on social media and in reviews.
Collaboration and Research
- Work closely with local and global marketing teams to align initiatives and deliver on team KPIs.
- Conduct basic research to identify trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure campaign objectives and timelines are met.
Community and Reviews Management
- Foster and manage online communities, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews.
- Proactively manage reviews and feedback across platforms, ensuring a positive brand reputation.
- Implement strategies to enhance community engagement and brand loyalty.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in a similar role)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media, email marketing, CMS)
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a creative, data-driven mindset
