Internship Start: Early July
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Getting to know and assisting our OT professionals in their daily work
- Participating in project work
- Support the setup and configuration of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Help maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in the onboarding and offboarding process of employees (e.g., account setup, access rights)
- Learn and apply company IT policies, procedures, and standard methodologies
- Take part in internal IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide first-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing system
