Compliance Specialist

• What tasks can the prospective employee expect:

  • Participate in the development and enforcement of policies and regulations for banking activities
  • Responsibilities include managing conflicts of interest, reporting and investigating incidents, providing advice to partner departments in relation to their own areas
  • Develops existing policies, assists in the harmonisation of local and international rules when they are amended

  • Actively participates in training of staff on compliance issues, developing a compliance culture within the organisation

• What is needed to fill the position:

  • Relevant university qualifications (law or related financial degree)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the field
  • Knowledge of financial sector, investment services regulations
  • Active knowledge of English
  • Open, communicative personality, good problem solving skills
