We are looking for a colleague for the following position at our dynamically growing, innovative Hungarian fintech partner:

SENIOR SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from presales and planning through to successful execution, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks,
• Develop comprehensive estimates and project plans covering each stage of the project lifecycle,
• Oversee daily project operations and resource coordination, while leading regular project management team meetings to maintain progress and alignment,
• Identify and manage inter-project dependencies and ensure all prerequisites are addressed and resolved appropriately,
• Take part in or lead feasibility assessments, vendor evaluations, and proposal processes, ensuring key stakeholders are involved in decision-making; assist with negotiations when necessary.

Requirements:

• Relevant higher education degree in the field of IT,
• At least 5 years of experience as a full project life cycle Project Manager,
• Experience in leading software development projects,
• English skills fit for negotiations,
