Join our global CMC Integrated Demand & Supply Planning team as a
Senior CMC Material & Documentation Flow Platform Manager and you’ll support the efficient coordination of Drug Product (DP) and Marketed Product (MP) receipt and transfer, supporting our clinical and non-clinical development projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Management of French Import License request:
- Check the requests and preparation of required documentation
- Fill request into French Health Authority platform (IMPEXWEB)
- Receive, distribute and archive the approved import authorizations
- Documentation support for US, UK and China customs related topics
- Liaison with Trade Compliance teams Secondary activities:
- Support for Quality tool usage related to deviations, CAPAs and Change Control processes, including expertise in the technical operation of the tool and associated procedures.
- Execution of ERP tasks: Products Code creation, Purchase orders, Transfer orders, Products receipt, Warehouse Dispensing Order
- Management of on/off-boarding of external resources from order request to IT account activation/deactivation
- RFP, launch BID, Statement of Work, billing management (reception, check, approval)
- Ensure onboarding, off boarding, in Crew and SBS portal,
- Master process and tools related to Flex and Crew SAP solutions for external resources management.
- Management of training environment and systems.
- I-Learn certification.
- Follow-up/Tracking team member training courses (certification and habilitation)
- Certification and training maintenance (accuracy between R&R and i-Learn certification & training)
- I-Learn administrator (curriculum allocation and maintenance)
- Management of Demand& Supply repository:
- Support for page creation & modification
- Maintenance
- Data accuracy control
Experience
About you
- Few years’ experience in pharma supply chain, CMC, clinical field, pharma R&D
- GMP certification / experience
Soft Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work productively with a broad and diverse group of stakeholders,
- Ability to prioritize task
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Pharma Product Manufacturing/Packaging
- Strong knowledge of CMC and Clinical Supply Chain processes and deliverables
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Digital skills
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
Language(s)
- Strong English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken French is required to interact with CSC Operations
