As a Career Launch Associate you will be responsible for giving our candidates an amazing experience from the moment, they accept an offer until they start with Accenture. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with excellent relationship building skills, solid attention to detail, and great organisational skills. This is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Main Deliverables:

  • Maintain regular phone contact with candidates to guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Help candidates who are relocating to Ireland to start employment with us and/or candidates who require work permit sponsorship, so they have a smooth experience.
  • Ensure that all candidates complete all background checks and compliance related tasks on time, so they are cleared to start.
  • Work within clearly defined SLA’s (e.g. contract creation, background check completion etc).
  • Maintain excellent relationships with colleagues in recruitment, and stakeholders in the Accenture business.
  • Support with the recruitment of employees as required, Interviews candidates for jobs.
  • Conduct a training needs analysis for the team, followed by creating a training curriculum for the team.
  • Ensure that new joiners are sufficiently trained.
  • Provide process improvement feedback based on interactions with candidates, recruitment professionals and our business stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Keeps up to date with ever changing policies and data quality guidelines.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned by line management.


Required Skills

  • 3 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of UK and Ireland Right to Work processes, including work permit sponsorship
  • Expert level knowledge of the recruitment and onboarding modules in Workday.
  • Excellent knowledge of excel and report creation.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Be comfortable with working in an agile environment where practises can change at short notice to meet client demands.


Qualifications:

  • Business or HR qualified to at least degree level.
