Duty Manager for residential emergency accommodation centre.

Reporting to: Centre Manager

Mix of Day and evening shifts Monday - Friday with infrequent day time weekend cover required.

Main Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with queries regarding service providers or local information, printing etc
  • Oversee the centre and ensure residents are following the house rules
  • Ensure staff are performing their tasks and following reporting procedures
  • Be a responsible person in charge at the centre
  • Communicate with colleagues and residents
  • Office Admin such as emails and other support tasks
  • Perform basic security tasks - for example, be responsible for cameras and gate access

Full training will be given but might suit someone from a hospitality, admin, supervisory or security background

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €16.00-€17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 – 42 per week
