Part Time Financial Accountant

AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently hiring a Part Time Financial Accountant on behalf of our client, an established company within the food sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Southwest Dublin. The role will be for 3 days a week, good flexibility with 1 day in the office and 2 remote.

Role:

• Preparing the accounts for the company to trial balance stage on Sage accounts
• Implement formal monthly management accounting structures and processes
• Stock control and forecasting
• Creditor and debtor administration
• Payroll supervision
• Irish company Vat returns and compliance
• Budget and cashflow forecasting / administration
• Cash management and bank administration
• Invoicing and cash collection
• Facilities and insurances
• HR, expenses and related policy oversight

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Background with the food or fmcg industry would be preferred
• Must be detail-oriented while handling multiple concurrent tasks.
• Good commercial awareness
• Creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution.
• Experience with Sage would be advantageous
• Ability to interact with customers and partners professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
