Private Equity Associate

Barden have been engaged by a successful international private equity company to invite an Associate to join their high calibre team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a successful team with international reach and full exposure to the investment process and deal cycle.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role provides an excellent opportunity to utilise one’s corporate finance experience within an industry setting and add real value to a reknown irish business.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Conduct in-depth market research;
• Identify and perform analysis on target companies;
• Perform financial modelling of deals;
• Perform due diligence on investments;
• Manage assigned portfolios including acquisitions and growth strategies;
• Ad-hoc projects and tasks as they arise.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Minimum 3-5 years within corporate finance, corporate development, investment or private equity;
• Strong academics with commercial curiosity;
• Ability to build a strong rapport with stakeholders;
• Stromg work ethic;
• Financial modelling experience;
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of team;
