BeatMix.ie specialises in providing tailored music solutions for businesses across various industries such as gyms, hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality venues. Our core service is the installation of high-quality music players, paired with customised music playlists that perfectly align with clients brand and customer experience.
As part of the company's growth strategy, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who can generate their own leads and consistently meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our unique value proposition, and converting leads into long-term subscriptions. This exciting role offers the flexibility of working remotely or from an office, providing the autonomy to build and manage a successful sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and approach potential clients within hospitality, retail, and leisure industries.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline to ensure consistent conversions.
- Target Achievement: Secure a minimum of 30 new subscriptions per month.
- Client Presentations: Effectively communicate Beatmix’s value proposition through sales pitches, demos, and meetings.
- Contract Negotiation: Close deals, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, music licensing, or background music services.
- Self-Starter: Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into paying customers.
- Target-Oriented: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation, and digital communication platforms.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors.
- Clean driving license and access to own vehicle (business-related mileage, wear and tear covered).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Uncapped Commission (OTE exceeding €60,000 achievable)
