Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the store's finances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing and payment collection
• Record daily sales and related transactions
• Post bank statement transactions
• Assist with inputting invoices
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as an accounts assistant or similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• High level of confidentiality
Proficient in accounting and Excel
