The Package: €60,000 - €65,000 10% Bonus Matched Pension.

A highly reputable construction company is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to lead their Design Department. Based at their headquarters, this senior position involves overseeing structural design activities, mentoring team members, and collaborating with project managers to deliver high-quality construction solutions. With a strong pipeline of projects and opportunities for professional growth, this role is ideal for a driven engineer ready to take the next step in their career.

Requirements:

• 5 years post graduate experience as a Structural or Civil Engineer with an Irish Main Contractor or Developer
• Experience in in modular construction would be a distinct advantage
• Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Full Driving License

Responsibilities:

• Carry out the structural analysis and design analysis, preparation of detailed design reports, calculations, sketches and drawings.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and wider company to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
• Ability to liaise directly with clients, architects, and other design discipline team members, building long-term internal and external relationships
• Coordinate with BIM modelers and technicians for the preparation of BIM models and drawings aligned with the client’s requirements and design intent.

The Package:
The salary will be dependent upon experience but you can expect between €60,000 - €65,000 10% Bonus Matched Pension.
