Opportunity: Service Controller

Contract: Permanent

Location: Dublin 12

Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.

In this role you will be:

• Providing a high level of customer service through efficient control of our Workshop/ Field Engineers carrying out repairs and maintenance on equipment.
• Prioritising work requirements for Engineers and allocating work while maximising efficiency and minimising cost.
• Raising estimates for work required in the field from information provided by Engineers.

• Supporting with the deployment of Engineers, raising estimates, and supporting with invoicing.
• Ensuring machines are serviced before going out on hire.
• Liaising with customers keeping them updated on progress of work.
• Providing administrative support related to service paperwork as required.
• Working collaboratively with team members within the service team and other departments.

• Team player and good attention to detail
