Healthcare Assistant

Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant to join a well-established service dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting in Longford.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our service users. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals by promoting independence and actively contributing to the smooth operation of the service.

Role Overview:

• Work as part of a dedicated team, as well as independently when needed.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with service users and all stakeholders.
• Support the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for all.
• Ensure adherence to HIQA standards and residential care regulations.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

• QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare or a relevant field.
• Full driving licence and access to your own transport.
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them maximise their quality of life.

• Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Work Schedule:

• Day Shifts, Overnight Shifts – flexibility required.

Salary:

• €28,944 - €35,683 per annum, depending on experience.
• Attractive shift premiums.
