Job Posting for Director of Operations at Crane Worldwide Logistics Ireland Ltd
Essential Job Functions:
Lead, direct and manage site operations at all Irish sites to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the client's standards.
Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client.
Oversee daily staffing schedules, and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
Responsible for training, development and motivation of employees to achieve peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities.
Oversee accounts receivable, including client invoicing and collections, as needed.
Process incoming vendor invoices (cost of transportation and overhead expenses), as needed.
Analyze market trends to further develop scalable and strategic operations practices.
Responsible for the execution of the applicable KPI’s per company standard.
Other duties as assigned.
