Corporate Company Secretary (International Law firm)

A large International Law firm are looking for a Corporate Company Secretary to join their expanding Dublin office.

They are ideally looking for candidates with three years Company Secretarial experience upwards, coming from a Corporate background.

The expectation will be that the candidate will look to build out a Company Secretarial team over time, but the focus initially will be on the management of a portfolio of Corporate clients.
