E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager (Shopify & ERP Integration)

Are you a digital marketing expert with experience in e-commerce and online store management and an accounts background? We are looking for a driven individual to manage our online webstore, integrate the Shopify platform with our Intact ERP system, and grow our online presence across various social media platforms.

Location: Cork

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of our Shopify online store

Integrate Shopify with our Intact ERP system to streamline inventory, order processing, and customer data management

Ensure all product listings, prices, and promotions are accurate and up-to-date

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve user experience

Generate and execute strategies to boost our online presence through social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

Create and manage social media content, campaigns, and advertising to increase brand awareness and engagement

Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and social media metrics to drive optimization and growth

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Shopify-ERP integration

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration, with experience in Intact or similar

Expertise in social media marketing and content creation across platforms like Instagram and Facebook

Strong understanding of SEO, online advertising, and digital marketing strategies

Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify reports, social media insights)

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
