Job Description: Intermediate Architect (EPCM) in Citywest, Dublin:

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect to play a key role in architectural design projects within the advanced technology sectors, including semiconductor manufacturing and data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to architectural design projects in advanced technology industries
• Collaborate with the design team on innovative solutions for Advance technology structures, including semiconductor manufacturing and data centres
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders in the technology sector
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards
• Support timely and within-budget project delivery in advanced technology sectors

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in advanced technology industries
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of architectural design principles within semiconductor manufacturing and data centres
• Ability to visualize and conceptualize advanced technology building forms and layouts
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects effectively within a team environment
