As part of the Human Resources management team the Senior Manager will support the delivery of an effective HR Strategy and professional HR Function to meet the needs of the organisation, clients, and staff.
The Senior Manager role is integral to promoting a culture consistent with Dublin Simon values - Community, Respect and Empowerment, Excellence and Innovation, Accountability and Integrity in the best interest of the Community.
Location: Dublin City
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours

Essential for the role:
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a Senior HR role
· Minimum of a Bachelors degree with a major in HR, business management/administration or equivalent.
· CIPD qualified.
· Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
· Broad HR expertise including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HRIS
· Demonstrates a balanced approach - equally comfortable with hands-on tasks and strategic initiatives.
· Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff and stakeholders.
· Strong credibility, and ability to influence at a senior level with strong stakeholder management skills.
· Excellent IT skills.
· Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving.
· Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities.
· Ability to use data to support decision making and drive engagement from key stakeholders
· A coaching and mentoring mindset.
