About the Job: Job Title: Programme Officer Job Purpose: This vacancy is within the Programme office which is responsible for planning, implementing and executing specific projects identified by Senior Management Team for the Dublin Simon Community. The Programme Officer will support the Programme Manager in this objective in collaboration with teams across Dublin Simon. In particular, the Programme officer will work closely with the Digital Transformation Manager to disseminate information on changes to our digital systems and provide feedback on whether those improvements meet the needs of teams within the organisation. Reports to: Programme Manager Location: 5 Red Cow Lane, Smithfield, D07 Salary Range: 35,000 – 41,250 DOE Responsibilities: SharePoint Implementation Support staff to structure and identify files for migration Develop training materials Deliver in-person and online training in accordance with project and training plans Collate and respond to queries and requests from users Support Programme Manager and project teams with preparation of communications and training materials to be disseminated to internal stakeholders including via SharePoint Work with teams to confirm their requirements are included the SharePoint solution and escalate any discrepancies. General Project Management Support Coordinate the team calendar and planning documents; organise project meetings Take minutes of project meetings and track completion of actions Update project plans and action lists Save project documentation in accordance with office and organisation standards Other duties Contribute to other programme office activities or projects as required by the Programme Manager or Head of Function Person Specification Essential At ease working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word, Teams). Experience of working in the non-profit - and preferably homeless - sector. Understanding of homeless issues in Ireland.
